We take reasonable care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is entirely error-free or complete. Colours displayed may vary slightly depending on your device's screen settings.
All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you completed your order.
Where a "compare-at" price is shown, this reflects our standard retail price for that product. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund, plus compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss. If a product has a minor failure, we may choose to repair or replace the product rather than provide a refund.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-Night Sleep Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your LUNE Sleep Mask within 30 nights of delivery, contact us for a full refund. You are not required to return the product to claim this guarantee. This applies to your first purchase only and does not limit your statutory rights under the ACL.
The LUNE Sleep Mask is a personal use product that comes into contact with your face. For health and hygiene reasons, we may not accept change-of-mind returns of products that have been used. This does not affect your rights under the ACL in relation to faulty goods.
All content on this website — including product images, brand name, logo, text, and design — is the property of LUNE Sleep or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUNE Sleep's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, except where required by the ACL. Where our liability cannot be excluded under the ACL, our liability for non-major failures is limited to replacing, repairing, or refunding the price of the goods.

Our products comply with applicable Australian product safety standards and are intended for adult use. Keep all packaging and small components away from children. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek medical advice. You may report product safety concerns to the ACCC at productsafety.gov.au.
