Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have automatic consumer guarantee rights that apply regardless of any other policy we have. These rights cannot be excluded or limited by LUNE Sleep.

You are entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose
  • Does not match its description or any sample provided
  • Has a defect that was not disclosed to you before purchase

For a major failure you may choose a full refund or replacement, plus compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss. For a minor failure we may repair or replace the product rather than provide a refund. These rights apply to all purchases made through lunesleep.com.au.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lunesleep@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault or damage
  • Photos of the issue where possible

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including any return postage where required.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Hygiene Policy

The LUNE Sleep Mask is a personal use product that comes into direct contact with your face. For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns for products that have been used or opened, unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your rights under the ACL in relation to faulty goods.

We'll confirm your return is approved and provide instructions. For faulty items we'll arrange return postage at no cost to you.

Refund processed
Once approved or received, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Afterpay & Zip Refunds

Refunds for orders placed via Afterpay or Zip will be processed back through those platforms in accordance with their respective refund policies. Your remaining instalments may be paused or cancelled depending on the refund amount.
