Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your delivery via the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at lunesleep@gmail.com.
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Deliveries to metropolitan areas are typically faster than regional and rural areas. Estimated timeframes are indicative only and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers once your order has been dispatched. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. LUNE Sleep is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us at lunesleep@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers for standard shipping. Express shipping may not be available to all PO Boxes — contact us if you are unsure.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at lunesleep@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, photos of the damage will help us resolve your claim faster.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, if a product is damaged or lost in transit we will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe location at their discretion, or leave a card for you to arrange redelivery or collection. LUNE Sleep is not responsible for parcels left unattended following a successful delivery attempt.
