6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Within Australia

  • Express shipping: $12.95 — delivered in 1–3 business days
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50 AUD

6.2 International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping may be available in the future — check our website for updates.

6.3 Dispatch

  • If you are not satisfied with your LUNE Sleep Mask within 30 nights of delivery, contact us for a full refund.
  • You are not required to return the product to claim this guarantee.
  • This applies to your first purchase of each product only.
  • This voluntary guarantee does not limit or replace your statutory rights under the ACL.

9. Returns and Refunds

9.1 Change of Mind

We offer returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In original packaging

Return shipping for change of mind is at the customer's expense.

9.2 Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at lunesleep@gmail.com with:
